Hot Water Temperature Control System

 Applications

In the process of pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises, steam heating should be adopted to achieve process insulation or hot water cycle heating.
In order to meet the needs of our customers, according to our years of production experience, we designed a hot water temperature control device with steam as the source of heat and water as water source. 

 Technical Specification

1. Heat medium: saturated water vapor pressure: 0.5MPa and above, temperature: 158.8°C and above
2. hot water control temperature RT +10 °C ~ 135 °C
3. the use of steam steam using pipe and water heat exchangers for the process of circulating water heating;
4. steam in the heat transfer process to use a small noise, no vibration, high thermal efficiency;
5. the steam and water mixed heat exchanger life of more than 15 years, so that once and for all;
6. the process of hot water temperature is constant, no artificial duty, automatic control.
